All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping method selected

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

ZAYKIMI is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers
  • Customs delays
  • Weather-related delays

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
